Morning Moonraker and all,

Just had my early morning swim, gonna have some All Bran Golden Crunch, orange juice and toast and marmalade in a mo, then off for the days activities......meeting a client at Worthing later......picking up my Al Murray tickets for The Pavilion whilst there at the end of the month, off to Horsham to see another client for a big hotel christmas booking..... and then back home.
My eldest boys want to thrash me at FIFA 12 they say........so i gotta practice a bit eh?
