itunes and songbird
1 Answers
Hi
I already use itunes to store music, however I have recently purchased a phillips gogear muse mp4 player and found out that the music library connected with the gogear is something called 'songbird'
Does anyone know if this is any good, and is there a way to transfer files from my itunes account over to songbird?
thanks

Most manufacturers seem to bundle proprietary software with their devices now when, really, they're not even needed. Just plug your GoGear into your PC/Mac so that it shows as a file/window on your desktop. Then open the file that holds all of your iTunes media (it'll be under 'Music' on a Mac, or through Program Files on a PC), highlight the music you want, and simply drag and drop it into the GoGear window. No need to use the Songbird software, and pointless trying to do it through iTunes as a Philips device won't be able to sync with it.
Hope this helps!
