Just got a quote back from nursery saying its gona cost me £550 a month to place my two in nursery for 2 days a week. Shocking or what as I only earn £490. :-(

I currently pay £280 for my daughter to go a day and half a week.

Would you bother going back? I really want to go back to work is all.

Sucks for working mums eh? :/(

Hi, Bella.

I also replied on the other thread, LOL.

Nursery fees reknowned for being really expensive.

But it might give you a real boost if you did go back to work. I don't mean financially, I mean in terms of just feeling good.
are you not entitled to child tax credits?
has baby arrived or are you due any day?

Yep....very expensive. I had two kids in full time....
lets be honest, we would you place your cherubs into a cheapo outfit ?

good nursery staff want a decent pay. just like the rest of us.

The nursery is fab which is why I don't mind paying it. Due to partners earnings and mine topping it up, we don't get that much towards the childcare bso I've worked out that I'll still be paying over £370 out of my own money. Every little helps though and so will probably go back.

Just thought I'd moan about it :-)
