They're genuine enough, authorised by the Ministry of Justice. But they are just one of many companies, with numerous subsidiaries, willing to claim back fees on your behalf for a fee of their own!

They appear to be properly set up and regulated. There has been at least one claims company in the past with "Blue Sky" in the name at the same Preston address that has gone into administration/liquidation. If you use a claims management company, make sure (a) you don't part with any cash up front; and (b) it is clear what fees they can deduct from any recovery they make on your behalf before you sign anything.
