Song from Car advert

Hi there. I can't remember the make to the car but the advert had a man in scuba gear washing the car in question. He then leaves it for a whale to jump up and splash water all over the car to wash off the soap. I really want to know the name of the music in the background!!! It's got a "Henry-Mancini/ Pink Panther" feel to it and sounds like its from a "Looney Tunes" cartoon.
