Yes, the boy's parents were involved in one of those church groups, and I don't know what any of them are called, but they attend church and the entire congregation gets the spirt of god into them and they literally shake and lurch around while praying.

It's in the video, if you get a chance to see it.

I have heard of one church group who do a similar thing and hold live rattlesnakes while doing it.

This type of behavior was why the Religious Society of Friends were called Quakers and an offshoot of this denomination called Shakers.

I think they were Jahova witnesses. I believe that is a "practice" that they do in their places of worship.
