Nice. I want to go on holiday... most I'm going to get is another trip up to Sleaford in November... :-/

Where's that CD?
In Lincoln I think. I know I have to go to Grantham station to get there, I know that much. It's where baby sister and nephew live, he's being christened in November :c)
Very nice Boo - It's not far from me. Beautiful scenery - you'll have to visit Bodnant Gardens, although May is the best time to go when all the azaleas and laburnums are flowering.

PS what IS that in your avatar?

Awww a christening, how lovely CD, enjoy!

We're hoping to maybe go up Snowdonia, but with a dog in tow we're not quite sure how that's possible horseshoes? Mr Boo says there's a train up but it won't take dogs??

And it's Blobfish, handsome devil isn't he?
ooh, friend of mine went to stay with his mum in a cottage in Wales, and they woke up the first morning with three feet of snow outside.

Second morning his mum died. They had to get them out by helicopter.

True story. Doesn't happen to everyone in Wales, of course.
Here's the link for the Snowdon Railway Boo
http://www.snowdonrailway.co.uk/ They only take suport dogs. Another good trip is this: http://www.llechwedd-slate-caverns.co.uk/
Betws y Coed and Swallow Falls are worth a visit too. I'm sure you'll love it especially if our Welsh rain stays away. Word of advice if you go up Snowdon, take a Kagoul even if it;s not raining 'cos it can be very wet up in those clouds!

oh god no, won't be doing slate mines, or anywhere underground for that matter, i'm slightly claustrophobic, tht'd drive me insane in there! Bit of a bugger 'bout snowdonia, Mr Boo really want's to do it- might have to tuck dog down me jumper then, rofl.

Regarding Kagoules- ive been pricing up ski wear, im not taking any chances!

Ta jno, what a cheery story that was, lol.
Wow, I have to zoom out a few times of Google maps to find signs of life ;) It's lovely in Snowdonia. Conwy Castle isn't far away with Llandudno just up the road for fish & chips by the sea. Passing through Conwy when the sun is setting over the harbour is lovely!

Caernarfon Castle about an hour away but a lovely drive! Lake Bala not far too and they have a steam railway (admittedly not up a mountain). Not sure if they allow dogs though.
(whispers...white stick and sunglasses love!) ;)
I've heard how lovely it is in Llandudno, so if your near there brilliant.

off track a bit now B00, but what is your avatar? is it related to the 'vindulsion' people from RD? (upside down)

gotcha Jenna, not sure if they'll buy that a jack russell is a guide dog somehow, especially one that almost chokes to death dragging me everywhere when she's on a lead!

I said up there ^ Arksided, tis a Blobfish.
Thought you were taking the P... lol.

Have a good and safe one when you go.... (yay)...
;-)
