You're very welcome Bobbi, they are expensive aren't they? I end up stuffing so much in mine,that I quite often wreck the catch. Sometimes if you fiddle around with it,it will 'catch' again. If you can't get one,let me know and you can have one of my spares (if I can find one!)

Don't panic when you go on the site,as they say 5 euros! Just click the claim under your guarantee (which is 10 years!) I didn't have proof of purchase either and just guessed when I'd bought it. I'm sure they don't actually check. It's on the site under repairs and spares. Easy peasy.

Bobbi- sounds like my week too! These things are sent to try us! Mum age 86 had bad fall in town, spent 7 hours with her in nearest hospital A&E before being admitted, visited 2 days with 35 mile round trip, got her home, had to look after her (not complaining just glad she didn't break anything - but can only walk with a frame in great pain so she is getting grumpy!) Printer stopped printing in colours (fault - wasted lots cartridges but think its on way out) ordered "as new" one from Ebay same model (but was conned as it is obviously "used" as has the same fault) messed about all week reporting to Ebay trying to get money back, fridge gone on the blink, de-frosting all the time, wasting food - went to collect new glasses, found they had given me wrong prescription! Very stressed at the mo but hopefully going away on hol on Thursday - can't wait to leave the country (fingers crossed!! ha ha x)

Mine is paint. Started on painting repaired shelf, onto glossing 4 shelves then emulsion wall behind, 3 more walls & doors. Ceiling looks grubby hmmmm

Thanks all -lets hope my week does get better especially from Thursday as going to Portugal! But we are flying courtesy of the "user-friendly!!!!" Mr Michael O'Leary on Ryanair!!!!! so doesn't bode well - have to take only half the luggage I normally do, no liquids in hand luggage, can't take a handbag, no seats allocated so probably be separated from OH - its GRRR!!! I feel stressed already!!!
