Knox and Solllecito both left bloodied footprints in the bathroom and there were definitive traces of Knox's blood mixed with Merediths in the bathroom and one other room... FACT.
The break-in was staged "amateurishly". The bedroom was ransacked before the window was broken. Glass was lying on top of the discarded clothing, not underneath it... FACT.
Sollecito told Police that he had been using his computer all night but that was proven to be a lie... FACT.
Guede has named both Knox and Sollecito as his acomplices... FACT
your point being? must have been dodgy evidence ,, she has been let out .who knows who did it. i feel for the family who's daughter was murdered. no matter what is written in the press no one other than the killers really know what happened
I also feel for the family WHOSE loved was murdered. The facts I laid out in original post were incontravertible (not flawed) facts and this thread was posted for the attention of two specific site members... Both of whom will understand its relevance.
I still find it strange that the day after the murder, or a couple of days(cant remember) she was photographed with her boyfriend smiling away, yet her friend had just been found dead. All very odd.
It is all odd, including that they changed several aspects of their story. If you were completely innocent of a murder why would you need to say anyhing but the truth. It may have been done to death but for many it didn't reach a conclusion, especially poor Meredith's family. Amanda Knox will be like OJ Simpson one day IMO.
NM, the fact is that they have been released, free to get on with their lives, and its extremely unlikely that had new evidence come to light pointing the finger at these two, that they would be extradicted back to Italy. The case hasn't added up from the beginning, but there is nothing anyone can do now.
Why did they both shop for bottles of bleach and cleaning stuff after the murder? and why did Knox do cartwheels at the police station when arrested? All very strange to my mind.
It does seem odd but all the evidence and details were available to both sides and the court reached its decision. I'm not sure we can do anything but wait and see if they 'slip up' or further evidence comes to light
The prosecution focused on the dna evidence as dna doesn't lie. However we all know that the gathering of dna in this case was woefully inadequate and that eventually secured the release of Knox and Sollecito.
