Screen not scrolling smoothly

Just reinstaled Windows XP and the screen is not scrolling smoothly any ideas on how to fix this?

You've installed XP.... you obviously haven't installed all the device drivers for your system (the lack of proper graphics drivers will be causing it)

Goto the website for the make and model of your computer, look in the support section and find the driver page for your computer and download then install all the required drivers.... at least

Chipset
audio
graphics
network
hotkeys
bluetooth (if applicable)

There may be more, depending on the hardware in your computer.

Yep ... Graphics drivers will sort that ..
But make sure you get it up to SP3 (SP2 first)
as well as all the device/motherboard drivers.
