How do you stop egg noddles collecting into a clump

Every time we cook a Chinese Stir Fry the egg noodles go in to ball in the middle of the wok. Could anyone advise please ?

Yes....cook them, drain, and then rinse in cold water. Add to the wok once they are cold..

Thanks for answers. When you say cook them,presume you mean boil them.
Follow the instructions on the packet. Then either rinse them in cold water or plunge them into a bowl of cold water.

The don't stick when they're cold.
if you are using the chilled, ready cooked ones in a packet (next to the stir-fry veg in the supermarket), I usually rub a bit of oil in hands and run them through the noodles as i drop them into the pan x
drop noodles into salted boiling water and separate with fork. Pinch off piece to test. Drain water and fry.
Once boiled and cooled, I chop them into roughly 3'' pieces, then add them and stir in a small handful at a time. This stops them clumping together.
:-0 It's bad luck to chop noodles....

The easiest way, and guaranteed to work, is my first answer.
Hmmm. My Chow Mein noodles from various takeaways have always been chopped. Bad luck for them, or for me? ;-)
