i just find it odd that 2 clues should appear in same crossword. i have the 7 letter one as encased , and letters for other are D???U???? , ill get to that one, but just want to make sure it is not an error

DISGUISED fits then.
It's happened before- in fact some crosswords have a theme which means teh same word occurs a few times
