Went into my loacal (excellent) greengrocer's today to buy fruit , veg and salad stuff. Could not resist the toffe apple on sale. Should I feel naughty?
prev would you rather be a world champion or an olympic champion and why?
  
next i do hope some of you followed stokemaverics tips today..

Before my 3 grandchildren came to visit us yesterday my O/H made six, and I couldn`t resist one, even though I`m diebetic, well....a little of what you fancy etc etc.

It would be safe in my house - whenever I've bought one I can't get through the blummin' rock hard toffee .... it usually sits on the side in the kitchen gathering dust and cat fur until it gets chucked in the bin. Tried putting one in the fridge once - makes it worse you'd need a kango to get through it ! It's like a torture on a stick !
