Star I do it online and whenever I've won I don't get the e-mail until the next day, sometimes not until the afternoon.

I expect that's because it is a small amount prudie. I reckon if it was the biggie they would be anxious to tell you. I have won small amounts before (very small) but I didn't notice how quickly they informed me. Always assumed it was later because I didn't check my email often enough.
