Flying to Colorado
I have a friend who lives in Colorado and am thinking of taking a trip to see him some time next year. Can anyone advise if there is a cheaper time of year in terms of flights from any London airport?
Also what's it like price wise out there? I would probably go for two weeks but of course have the luxury of not forking out for a hotel. I'm just trying to build an idea of how much I would need to save.

I don`t think there are many direct flights from the UK to Denver so that route could be quite expensive. If you have a choice of a stopover in Denver I wouldn`t bother because there isn`t much there (OK, it`s a dump) If you`re staying with people you could get away with not spending too much. Food`s not cheap these days. Shopping not too bad though.
