Women in White (Femme en Blanc, or, Mujer de Blanco) painted by Picasso in 1922/23 is possibly worth between 7 and 10 million US dollars. The painting is the subject of a legal dispute concerning ownership. It was stolen from a French art dealer in the early 1940s by the Nazis. In 1975 it was bought by Marilyn Alsdorf of Chicago from the Stephen Hahn Gallery in New York. A legal battle over ownership (still unresolved) has raged ever since, involving relatives of the original owners. I believe that the painting is now housed in the New York Metropolitan Art Museum. The Lillie (not Lizzie) P Bliss connection is that she made a bequest in 1929 to the NY museum to help establish a permanent collection of contemporary European and American art. I can find no evidence however that this painting ever formed part of her "collection". With regard to your print, these are available for between 14 & 20 US dollars, so it is probably worth whatever someone will give you for the frame, sadly.
