AB Newsletters.
11 Answers
I have been a member of AB for more than five years. When I joined in August 2006 I was led to believe that, as a member, I would receive, regularly, an Editorial newsletter. However, I am unable to recall more than two which were e/mailed to me and a third which was by way of a clickable link which the ED had been requested to provide for folk who had not received an e/mail.
My suggestion, which might be ignored by editorial, is...forget about e/mails and publish, each week in the ED's Blog, a comprehensive 'run-down' of the previous week's activities: which could include responses to ABers who may have raised issues which are worthy of a comment from Editorial.
I hold an opinion that Feed-back is important to all ABers.

G'afternoon Ed.....I hope you didn't stay up late to respond to me.:-) It has been a surprise to find that you posted, personally, after 1.0am.. I thought that you had 'Spares' to to keep tabs on night and weekend shifts. Incidentally, where nowadays are the 'Spares'?
Anyway, I feel sure that a lot of ABers are looking forward to another Newsletter. However, I am at a loss to understand that it is necessary to up-date your mailing system to say a Hi! at us. Surely you can post in your 'Blog' section.
Best wishes....Ron.
