Why and how do spots appear?

I have great skin (for my age..lol) not a blemish in sight...........
I have woken up this morning to find a plooky...right on the tip of me nose...wasn't there when I went to bed, I think plooky elves must come round when your'e asleep...

it is disappearing as we speak......must be the stem from my iron...lol
watching the WS as I iron, they are reviewing this mornings papers, the DT has an article about N/S divide on Funeral etiquette, seems us Norveners are more respectful when a cortege passes us by.......the thing you learn when ironing eh ;-)

I've been taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements because I was getting knee pains when I was running hard.

They are supposed to be good for the joints, but apparently they are oily, and can give you greasy skin problems.

I haven't got any "plookies" (???) yet ... but I'm checking regularly.
