colonic irrigation

I watched Arg get this done on TOWIE this morning[ recorded last night] it put me off any breakfast, I once pondered with the idea to loose weight but chickened out when it was explained to me what was going to happen, has any A/B'er tried it ?

Not had a colonic irrigation but I did have my colon cleaned prior to a colonoscopy a short while ago, Im not really sure what the difference is apart from one is done with a laxative and one is a tube up the jacksie.

the followers of this procedure claim that things have been stuck up there inside you all your life and a good clean is beneficial.But its too scary for me!

I don't think colonic irrigation is really a way of losing weight - you're unlikely to have very many kilos of waste hanging round inside you. And if you don't fancy it, that's an excellent reason for not doing it. It may well have benefits but it's not a necessity.

Having said that, many people do have them, so it would be interesting to hear from anyone who has.

did Arg make tv history ? I have seen them talk about on it [Princess Di & Dale Winton were keen fans] but have they actually filmed the "happening" on tv before I ask myself ? wouldnt want to go down in the tv hall of fame for that !
