I think you need to supply a little more information i.e. are you married, who is on the mortgage, how long have you been there etc.etc. before you can get an accurate reply.

no you are not entitled to your partners house you are entitled to half your husbands house only if you have been married more than 2 years nothing else ,and even thats difficult
