Good morning all - good luck NoM, let us know how you get on! and yes, 7.5 hours pw for a job is quite possible, it's one day a week. 16 hours counts as full time in employment law issues these days, even though those of us who consider ourselves full-time do at least 37 hours.

Alba, I shouldn't really be on now but what the hey. I'm doing ok - good days and bad days as all others in my position will have. I'm hoping to get to know some more about Sylvia's case from the Prof in charge of critical care at Birminghams QE Hospital next week. I need to get some closure for my own sanity. I would like to know whether any further testing has been done to determine what caused the fulminant hepatitis. People assume that she must have been a drinker - she liked the odd tipple now and again but not daily and certainly not to excess - and that makes my blood boil. Go to go now but please give wbm my best and tell him my heart reaches out to him. WYxx

I hate when people presume/assume anything to do with the liver is to do with alcohol. That is so NOT the case.
