I know the act you mean, but don't know the guy's name. I seem to recall he had a bald head (but I could be wrong) if that is of any use.

The only other 'rubber man' I can think of is Max Wall.

I can't for the life of me think of his name, but I can picture him. He used to perform as a jockey riding a big bird as well. It's annoying me that I can't recall his name now !
