Well I'm not cooking for one so I will make do with a fish finger sandwich. I had one the other day and it was incredibly nice. I May then have some olives, goats' cheese and parma ham with a glass of wine this evening.
Why thank you, Eccles. I have just picked up a California Viognier from the Co-Op aand found a lamb shank in minted gravy so the fishfinger sandwich can wait until another day.
