Freaking out a little bit

I've just had some flashbacks of a dream I had last night. It was regarding the helmets worn by MotoGP riders and how there was to be some sort of investigation as to how suitable they were. I remember specifically thinking about Marco Simoncelli and wondering if his big hair gave him problems, in an amusing way.

Today, Marco Simoncelli died after a terrible accident during the race. His helmet came off when he hit the ground.

I realise this makes me sound completely mental but it's freaking me out. I've had dreams about other things before that have turned out to be true to life in some form.

freaky, things like that happen to me, so much more lately that I have started telling people my dreams and warning some people

Does this sort of thing have a name? It's not a preminition as I didn't dream that he had an accident, just about a problem with his helmet.

You don't want to know what Trim's dream was, but it involved me, a farmer, a shopping trolley and a skip.

Talking of weird Sugar, my step son threw a bit of a hissy fit at lunch today and started talking about god and earthquakes. After a while we managed to calm him down and reassured him that there weren't any bad earthquakes here and there hadn't been any earthquakes for a long time. Then we took him bowling and on the big screen there was the breaking news about a horrific earthquake in Turkey. he was inconsolable.

i think we all have some kind of e.s.p and when we have a dream/re-occuring nightmares if the events of our dreams come true then it is upsetting the mind can play very weird tricks...

Not so much banging our heads on the wall - lets face it its awful for Turkey. But felt pretty damn silly having persuaded him and calmed him down to see that.

Evian it's called precognition and I've had similar dreams and thoughts for many years which have come true...wish I could see the lottery numbers though, at least it would be productive if I won lol. Can understand how you feel with the dream you had re the MotoGP, they really shake you I know, so not very pleasant at all.

Had it happen more than once, the most unnerving was about people drowning crossing some sort of causeway, the sea came in very quickly. But what freak me out was that my daughter had a very similar dream the same night.
Two days later a group of walkers were drowned when caught out by incoming tides.
It still sends shivers down my spine.
