Does anyone remember a film starring Charles Bronson as a hard line detective, on the trail of a murderer. The murderer only kills young ladies. In the film Bronson arrests the man, but is forced to let him go because of lack of evidence. I just can't remember the title.

Sounds like "10 to Midnight" (which had the tagline "Forget what's legal...do what's right").

Seems to be on Region 1 DVD only - Play have it for �10, or DVD Import for around �7.
