Request for Help Question 1 of 3

Would anyone be willing to assist with a school project? I am a student in University in the United States. I have been tasked with writing a paper child advertising in Northern Ireland. I have chosen 3 advertisements that have been banned by the Advertisement Standards Authority.

I have constructed a 3-question survey to seek the opinions of adults and thought that this could be another good venue. If you would like to help, this is question 1 of 3. The other 2 are posted separately due to the allowable number of characters per post. This information will only be used for my school paper and no where else.

INSTRUCTIONS: Please rate how strongly you agree or disagree with each of the following statements by simply replying with the numbers that reflect your opinions.

1) The Zazzle Inc website advertised a children’s T-shirt in April 2011. It was labeled “Nothing Tastes As Good As Skinny Feels Tee Shirt”. An image of the product, which carried the slogan “NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS!” was included.

The complainants challenged whether the ad was irresponsible and could cause harm to children, because they believed it implied being underweight was desirable and therefore might encourage children to develop an unhealthy body image and an unhealthy relationship with food.

It would be easier if you had numbered the questions.
I am not sure what the 12345 refer to. You have not really shown what each means. I would happily put my opinion but it is not clear enough how I should respond.
