Has anybody used this website to get Certificates?
I ordered a Death Certificate on the 21st September and visa payment was taken out the next day. I received an email confirming my order and phoned them on 4 occasions, being told its being printed. Its the same fella that answers the phone on every occasion. They advocate it takes 12 days to receive the document, I am still waiting.
I am getting a little suspicious that this is not all what it seems. (:o((

I've not checked their prices but there is a good chance you have also paid 'over the odds' . I was nearly caught out when I wanted to renew my European health card- the company at the top of the list following a google search had an official looking site but wanted an admin fee of around £15, whereas there was no charge on the government site
