PPI question for Alliance and Leicester

Hi, I am in process of claiming back PPI from A&L, I wrote to them and it came back return to sender. Having now checked on internet, they have been taken over by Santander. Has anybody claimed PPI back via Santander and are they responsible for claims against A&L??

I am sure Santander will have to take the claim. I assume you had written to a branch address that has closed down but I'm surprised the mail wasn't redirected. Maybe you just got the address wrong. Anyway, just send it to Santander head office as they will process all these claims

Santander will have you going round the houses, but stick to your guns you will get there in the end.
