funny nail

one of the my fingernails has too much white bit. Do you know what I mean? It is getting bigger on one side. i haven't knocked it or anything and it isn't sore, but definitely getting worse and looks odd. What could it be?

sometimes if you are ill you get white marks in your finger nails, sometimes its down to lack of vitamins and minerals, just keep an eye on it-it may be nothingx

I have had the same thing for ages. I thought the nail was going to come off completely, but it just stays the same. Looks as though it is growing out but nothing happens. Not much help to you, but at least there is someone with the same thing. Actually I had it before, years ago and it cleared up.Good luck
