Hi, does anyone know anything about not getting near sheep if you are pregnant? Is it just when they are lambing, or when they are also pregnant? Our sheepdogs works sheep with my husband and i am pregnant, and i am wondering what precautions we have to take? is it a virus or bacteria? can it be passed on via clothes and fur? When is the danger time? Help, i'm all confused. Thanks for any help

There's a small risk of catching toxoplasmosis from newborn lambs, but you can also get it from undercooked pork, cat faeces and a few others.
