Well you've come to the right place for the answer to this: it is the cross of St Andrew aka the Saltire aka the Scottish flag ie Scotland.

strozzi is correct. Also, the Greek flag contains a white cross on a blue background in its top left hand corner. j2buttonsw is incorrect about the Scottish flag. He correctly states that it is a saltire but that means that the "stripes" run diagonally and not "up and down" as in a cross.
