Close up of Eagle Owl - amazing

A fascinating little piece of film of an eagle owl coming right at the
camera. The curvature on the wing is amazing, the last few
seconds impressive, watching the feathers ruffle and the
wings swell. It’s a fascinating piece of photography and
interesting to watch the corrections in the flight path as
the bird comes in to land.

I hasten to add folks it was not my photography - I wouldn't dare stand that close!! We did have a beautiful owl imprint left on our patio dooor a few years ago but it was hard to get a proper photo of it....

its really good filming isn't it - all credit to whoever filmed it. I just love the way you can see the feathers gracefully ruffling when it comes into land - and those talons - ugh!
