MOVING PAGE UP AND DOWN

When I try to move page up the arrow points both ways as if I want to reduce page size.....Any ideas regarding a cure? Thanks in advance. John

I would try ctrl, alt, delete and come out of that site and then re-enter that page. It's probably just a temporary glitch. Failing that, log off completely and sign in again. Hope this works! Ruthie

Are you using Autoscroll then? Or is it selected? Logitech mouse and software?
