From this young age they were fed the leftover porridge by the farmers' wife and she's really healthy and pretty old now! Only thing is, she has a real thing about oatcakes!
On a more serious note, I'd ask your local vet or RSPCA or cats protection centre for advice, they'll let you know the best diet and care for your kitten. It can be useful to leave a well-wrapped hot water bottle in the kitten's bed for some extra warmth and I've even heard off leaving a ticking alarm clock as it can comfort the kitten by reminding it of it's mothers heartbeat.
A few months ago i had to do the same with some kittens......you can go to a pet store a buy a little nursing bottle and some kitten formula.... there will be directions on the feeding on the formula can........depending on if the kittens can poo on their own you may need to use a warm moist rag to pub their privates to stimulate them to potty....As the mother would do... But if they are already using the potty no need to do this except for a little help on keeping them clean.... Here is a real good web site that I think will answer most of your questions.....www.starbreezes.com/11/handraise.html
