Well, if Janet Devlin is still in, I think thats o.k. for the promoters, as She is very marketable. I liked her audition song, but I think if I had turned the picture off and listened to the singning only, I would have probably said NO. She has the advantage of the Irish accent, which seems to make the songs a bit different. listen to Her sing the word "house" in the Elton john song.

I am in shock!!! How can The Risk be out and Kitty be in??? I'm afraid, despite having a good voice, she totally lacks in personality and charisma! She also needs to stop wearing outfits she is too old for! That Jonnie was going to go was inevitable at some stage, but what a character! Surely, that totally talentless, over indulging Frankie should have been out! He has nothing to offer, not even in the looks department! All he has is the wrong attitude and the false belief that he can be a rock idol!Hardly enough to base a serious music career on! It takes far, far more to be accepted and respected in the rock world! Although young Janet is a sweet girl and has a nice voice, she is quite limited in what really works. Her last performance really let her down and I think she needs a lot more work. But she has done well for herself. She too could have gone tonight. I really cannot believe the public has voted The Risk out! It is just so wrong! The Risk will still be successful, I'm sure! They all have great voices, are very likable and very talented, totally dedicated and I'm sure Simon will be looking out for them! For me, Marcus and Misha are the top performers and while I think Misha is an amazing artist, I do prefer Marcus. He really has it all!

My daughter and hubs are on their way back from the show (she got free audience tickets). They went to the bar afterwards and met quite a few of the contestants, including a couple from last year. I have to say, none of us like Frankie (can't stand his mop of hair and his attitude) but apparently, he was really nice and had time for my daughter and she had a photo with him and he signed something for her friend and he shook my hubby's hand and said there was no way he thought he would be still in and he said The Risk should have been still in. Hubby was rather impressed with Frankie in the end. However, Marcus was miserable which was a surprise! He couldn't really be bothered to have a photo but then said 'if it's quick'! Misha was also grumpy. They said The Risk boys were nice and Janet as well.

I'm sure I'll hear all about it when they get home and I'll see all the photos!
