cup of porridge oats toasted in a pan until they start to go brown, some crushed almonds or hazelnuts if no nut allergies, some pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds about half cup in total,
in a blender or mortar an pestle make a paste with dried apricots,sultanas and a little honey use it to bind the nuts and oats press into a tray and leave to go firm you can add chocoalte chips instead of the nuts or chopped dates/cranberries etc

melt marshmallows to a sticky gloop stir in muesli and some extra seeds and dried fruit...roll out on oiled greaseproof cut into bars and allow to set
