Went round to an "Open All Hours" shop tonight, Mrs Owner stood talking on her mobile the whole time, never once looked at me at the counter trying to pay, just held her hand out and shook it as if to say "hurry up" while yakking "Ooooh really- he did WHAT? - WHEN? O MY GOODNESS!!" I stood patiently waiting not putting my money in her outstretched hand and she suddenly realised I hadn't paid "Oh just a minute" she said with a sigh to her caller "I've got a woman waiting to pay" and actually tutted at my cheek of being in the shop while she was having a private conversation, she didn't ring off, just passed the goods and threw a bag to me and left me to pack it (they usually do this for you) then continued to talk on the phone as I left, she never even glanced at me once. I was speechless!

What gets your back up? Anything and everything. I didn't used to be this bad, but the last couple of decades I've just got intolerant of it all. Too many years smiling things off.
