hi can someone tell me when i can ask for someones rights to be terminated
my ex has abandoned our daughter and has had no contact in months

when can i apply for abandonment

Please make up your mind - has he stopped all contact or is he taking you to court? Or is it indeed, as it is so often, that you are just being bloody minded and awkward making it virtually impossible for your ex to have a decent relationship with his daughter?
