I know, rather ironic to post this in CB.

Our local War Memorial is not far from our back garden. I don't often go, I just stand in my back garden and shed a silent tear or two.

I hope it will go quite there ... but I have some doubts.

But I suppose we have Remembrance Sunday.

I usually feel strangely guilty during the silence that my thoughts don't do justice to the fallen.
