I used the term Cannon Fodder because the was coined to convey the lack of respect and the seemingly disposable lives of first world war soldiers in the trenches. The lack of respect and disposable nature of the returned body parts seemed to me to be similar, hence the title I used.
Thanks to those who knew what I was getting at with the title, and apologies to those who didn't understand it and found it offensive.
