Anyone tried it? Comments/hints/tips etc?! I've read half the book in 2 days and already have changed my eating habits!

I eat at meal times, no matter whether I'm hungry or not, I always clear my plate, even if I'm full, & I eat quickly... I tired soooooo hard to put my knife & fork down between mouthfuls & to leave a little bit on my plate each time... but it just didn't work... unfortunately my eating habits haven't changed :-(
However, I do know lotsa people that this has worked really well for... good luck!
