when i turn my bath taps on its really difficult to turn them back off again, it takes me about 5 mins to get it to turn off mostly leaving it dripping, is there anything i can do myself or will i need to get someone out to sort them?

Turn the water off and remove the valve from tap. Remove the bit in the valve that goes up and down when you turn the knob, clean and grease the thread with plumber's grease. Fit a new washer while you're at it. Re-assemble the parts and all being well it should work OK again. If that proves not to cure the problem fit a complete new valve in your tap.
