Mystery of the dog poop bag

Taken dog out a walk this morning, just as we were going onto a cycle route where I usually walk he decided to do the toilet and like a good citizen, I picked it up (as I was going to come back the same way I hung the bag on a fence to pick up on my return), as I returned the bag was not hanging on the fence and it had not fallen onto the ground. So where did the bag go!!!!

Some good citizen has walked past and thought the poop's been abandoned - as so many people do - and done the right thing with it. I don't understand why people do that, my friend leaves her bags in the hedge on the grounds that they are biodegradable - yeah, right.

I often used to do that alid as it saves having to walk with it for an hour or so but mine was always there when I came back.

As there are no dog bins nearby I usually bring them home to dispose of, So that is 'why I do that' yes I am thankful if a good citizen did pick it up.

I've seen these things hanging around myself, but I must admit it never occured to me that someone might come back to collect it. I was quite perplexed infact that someone would go to the effort of picking it up in the first place and then hang it from a tree or something, you live and learn.

I walk my dogs on Sandwich Bay, there's some daft s0d there who cleans up behind their dog (nice pink poo-bags) ties a knot in the bag then leaves them on the ground where the poo was in the first place, beginning to look quite colourful.
