Remember the old Simpson's episode where Homer formed a Union-strike at the Power Plant?....

During one scene, all of the workers and Lisa are in a circle outside the Plant and they sing that #"So we march day & night by the big cooling tower - they have the Plant but we have the power..."# song and then Lenny asks Lisa to play a song called "Classical Gas".

Is this a real song and can anyone tell me who sang it please?
