OUTLOOK EXPRESS
The computer ISP is AOl.
When I scan something and try and send it a message appears asking for
information so that it will be sent by which appears to be Outlook Express.
ie not AOl.
The same happens when I want to send a picture.
How can I avoid this and send them using AOL please.
Or, if I have to send it by Outlook Express where do I get the information
that is required.

It can't launch a web-based email service.
To configure Outlook Express to work with AOL's email service, follow the instructions here:

LOL :)
You could setup your AOL email account in outlook express...
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883081
But then anything that is sent (or received) using outlook express would not appear in the AOL software.
