Please don't mention doughnuts BD. I remember trying to bake some Pillsbury Dough Boy doughnuts, many decades ago. It would have been more appropriate to sell them under the trade name of Sally Hansen as they were hard as nails, suitable only for *** shooting :(

Oh I remember them. Didn't they come in a cardboard tube and the tube was tastier than the finished product. Nasty

Yep, my tube wouldn't open when I whacked it on the side of the carving board so I had to force them out of the tube with a teaspoon - I should have given up there and then.

naughty Ed! Dieting isn't only about losing weight, a diet is just a set feeding plan, I've regularly had to change my diet to put weight on in the past, and I'm trying to do that now as well! It can be even more complex than weight loss diets as you have to work out how you want to put the weight on i.e. fat/ bulk or just muscle etc.
Christmas and the run up can be a good time to put on your 'winter coat'!
