We should arrange an AB meet up one weekend... food fest by the floozy
No but I am usually hungry for about half eleven so unless I'm really involved with what I'm doing, I eat my lunch for about twelve which at the moment is soup and a roll. I have cornflakes for breakfast about seven-ish. I'm never hungry for breakfast but I feel better eating a small bowl than if I don't.

sounds good rowan

china i can;t face it that early, feedfing the cat and making sarnies is about as close as i can get to food, once i'm in worj though i'm fine!
I initially had to really force myself to do it (I've only been doing it for a year) but now I find if I don't eat breakfast then I miss it and feel quite sick on the journey in to work.
Mine's down my neck by 9.30am
I have some toast (occasionally a take away, or on sundays a roast dinner) at dinner time but rarely eat until then.
ah but eating breakfast is a test of stamina and strength, I eat breakfast at 6.25am I will then muscle through until 1pm for lunch, I ignore the hunger pangs as a challenge.
