who does your rubbish bins mamya
We're only the black household wheellie tonight. Fortunately, we're on the level but Uncle across the road has a bundle of stairs. After 2 hip replacements, a knee replacement and blind in one eye, he refuses any assistance.

You take it easy girl xx
Bin night Friday - the pluke has burst as my mother has been a compulsive hoarder for decades and its ddddddddisgusting.

8 60l bags out there already, probably another 2 or 3 before tomorrow evening to add to the 16 departed these fair shores in the last fortnight.

2 times red-bag paper (plus 3 weekly loads to the drop in town, 2 times yellow-bag plastic ) to add to the last four pick ups of that.

2 skips coming shortly for all the junk as there is also some building work being done on a listed outhouse, so hopefully will profit from those to shed loads of junk, broken plastic and dud electricals (2 hoovers, one small fridge, though there are three more (yes) to pull out and get rid of, not withstanding the deep freeze.

They ought to build the Cornish incineration and gen plant project here that St Day got overthrown in the High Court recently - there's enough to keep them in fuel for the first two years.

Albert Steptoe reporting here..... It's gross.
(And this is only tip of the iceberg - you ought to see the magazines - I am reckoning it will take 3 months at least to get a semblance of clearage at this pace).
I feel for you DT....

We don't even fill two black bags a week between the 4 of us. I didn't bother putting out two of our recycling bins today as they are not even half full.

Living with a hoarder must be a nightmare....my worst nightmare :-(

i have watched that programme on telly, good on you for being there and helping her.
Oh Dt, my heart goes out to you , a friends father was the same and he smoked very carelessly too, she was in a constant state of worry.

Kate sorry missed your reply, one bag a week and I manage to put it out and toddle to recycling with paper etc when off to shops.
With my ex and kids, we were about the same, ummmm, the one full box being glass - mainly wine bottles!

I knew it was bad - we had been threatening her with approaching those two cleaning ladies (Aggie and ?) on TV as they would have half a series here - now have the outside of the house done, save four Georgian wooden sash windows to be replaced and it would also make a wonderful restoration programme for TV DIY....
