My nipples were feeling very sore this morning, there was no reason for this, and i am a little worried, the pain has gone now, but what was the reason for this pain? anything i need to worry about? thanks

I get sore breasts a week before im due on, can't bear to even have a tshirt rub on them! :(

creamegg, have you tried booking a court a bit closer to the day you intend to play. It would seem the anticipation of that first serve may bring on anxiety related pain.
