trying to order tickets

since 9.30 this morning and i cant get through,it is for a panto(john barrowman and the crankies)robinson crusoe and the carribean pirates,i cant order them on line as i need the disabled platform,tickets are starting at £27.50 each,disabled ones are£14 plus one carer free,i wish they would hurry up and answer there phone.

keep plugging away kate. I've convinced myself that thay only answer their phones when it suits them as they are busy discussing manicures and eyelashes.

i have this problem when ordering tickets for wheelchair users. They really should put the tickets for sale online too

are you ordering direct from the theatre box office kate - don't you think you might have better luck doing it on line through their website? worth a try!

The Box Office won't be busy with the panto slinky as the tickets will have been on sale since the summer. I think the phones will be jammed because George Micheal has just cancelled his UK tour and he was due there next weekend. It was announced this morning that he's in hospital with pneumonia. If you can give them a few days and things will have calmed down. Either that or try at the quieter times which are usuallly 5pm - 7pm when everyone is driving home from work or eating.

managed to get through this morning,all wheelchair places are gone,i will look for something else,its just that i like john barrowman
